They break your things and steal from you
If you want people who will break and steal your stuff and not take responsibility for it, this is the company for you! They didn't clean everything they were supposed to (specifically a wall) and they cleaned things I told them not to (like the inside of my refrigerator). But the biggest thing is they broke a plantation shutter of mine. I called the owner who promised to fix it. He took the broken piece. Six weeks later and I never heard back from him. So I called him and he lied to me and refused to return my part or fix it like he promised. Then he lied some more and refused to talk to me.
