JORGE LIED ABOUT WORK BEING DONE, DOES NOT FOLLOW UP TO FINISH WORK 1. I showed Jorge all the openings, vents openings in the attic that needed to be sealed/covered to prevent rodents/squirrels from coming into the attic. There was an opening I found later that did not get sealed- he said he would come by to do it, but never did. Apparently, he's too busy with other big remodeling jobs- gotta make the money to maintain his house on the lake. 2. When asked, Jorge confirmed with me the vents openings in the attic were all sealed on top of the roof, as the openings were too high in the attic to seal from the inside. 6 months later, now I am having the same issues with squirrels in the attic. Contacted him- never a response. Another company inspection tells me the 4 vents openings in the attic were never sealed. 3. His prices are high.
