I had some work on done on one of my properties and RK Family Handyman Service, LLC, named Felix did an extremely sloppy job. He didn't clean up the debris that he created. I had to repeat myself at least two to three times on what he needed to do and he then did what he wanted to do. I told him to use certain hardware on the interior doors and not only did he use the wrong hardware but he left the interior doors brown and never painted them. He also put up light fixtures which he didn't flush against the ceiling, leaving the wires out, thinking that I wouldn't notice it but I did. I had to tell him to flush the light fixture against the ceiling and make sure that the wires weren't showing. He placed the wrong light fixtures in the wrong rooms. On the invoice, it stated that he needed to paint all the ceilings which he finally did (after telling him twice), but Felix never covered any of the new floorings in any of the rooms when he finally painted all the ceilings. I had to hire another contractor to finish the work that this guy Felix who charged me $8,500 never finished. The new contractor had to remove the paint from the new floorings in all the rooms that Felix forgot to cover . He nickeled and dimed me on everything, even the repairs that were on the invoice list. which included all materials and labor. DO NOT USE RK FAMILY HANDYMAN SERVICE!!!!! FELIX IS HORRIBLE!!! I WILL NEVER USE HIM AGAIN!!!!!!
