What can I say about Mr.Skoko? Where do I even begin to start? From the moment we followed up on a very high recommendation to use Mr.Skoko's services, the experience was incredibly smooth, transparent and filled with nothing but patience as a first time home buyers in the Lower Mainland. We naturally had a lot of questions and concerns about the process and what was to come as we worked our way through. The preapproval process was simple. Mr.Skoko provided us with a complete list of documents that were going to be needed months in advance. Once we provided the entire package to him s requested, it was less than a day before we got our pre approval amount given to us and we now begin to go shopping for a new home. Did I mention the interest rate? Far better than even TD had offered. Stunningly better. We felt like 1st class compared to a bank that we had been dealing with for over 20yrs. Once we made our 1st offer on our new home to be and it was accepted, Mr.Skoko was off to the races and constantly remained in contact with us, always keeping us up to date on the progress. Mr.Skoko new that this was a stressful time and always seemed to managed to make us laugh with his calls. Trust me, we called a lot! Finally, it was all done, the legalities were now complete, and the home was officially ours, and on to the next step. With Mr.Skoko's wide ranging skills and industry knowledge, he provided a complete list of additional legal services for the next phase. If you have a question, not sure about something or would like solid sound advice, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Mr.Skoko for even a minute. It would be the greatest decision we made during one of the most stressful times. You will never feel like a number or just another random voice at the end of the phone. He develops relationships and in our opinion, is the epitome of what customer service should be, and which is so very hard to find today.
